Hotline 12345 Receives 19,197 Phone Calls in January
According to statistics, the city's 12345 Mayor's Hotline received 19,197 phones calls in January, 18,177 of which were accepted as effective appeals. Among the calls, 9,707 were consultation cases, 3,636 complaint ones, 1,324 whistle-blowing ones, while 2,112 cases sought help, 303 offered suggestions, and another 1,095 cases belonged to other categories.
Problems reflected in the calls were concentrated on three aspects: Covid-19 prevention and control, problems related to resettlement communities, and the operation standardization of watering carts on the streets. 3,951 appeals involving epidemic prevention and control were accepted in January, accounting for 21.74% of the valid calls.
According to the data, the top 10 demands of the hotline are social services, emergency management, human resources and social security, urban and rural planning and construction, housing and land, social security, urban management and city appearance, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry &water conservancy, resources & environment, public life services, and financing& commerce.
