         On May 11th, a group of foreign officials from 21 countries' consulates in Hong Kong and Macao visited Taohuayuan and experienced "the paradise" in Tao Yuanming’s poems.(Tao Yuanming was a famous Chinese poet between the late Eastern Jin Dynasty and the early Southern Song Dynasty. ) 

         The Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in the Macao Special Administrative Region is an agency assigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the basic Law to administer foreign affairs on behalf of the central government of China. In recent years, visiting missions have been arranged every year to help foreign consular corps in Hong Kong and Macao learn more about China and set up a friendly exchange platform for foreign countries as well as for mainland China and Macao.
